The 1818 Collective

Finally made it to The 1818 Collective in Sag Harbor—this shop has been on my list forever, and it was well worth the wait!

Founded by design veterans Kristin Fine and Analisse Taft-Gersten, The 1818 Collective is more than just a shop—it’s a beautifully curated home for design lovers to gather and explore.

Set in a charming circa-1800 Greek Revival house, every room is thoughtfully designed. The house reads as a total design concept, even the bar, bathroom, and kitchen are created with the total experience in mind. The mix of old and new, the seamless color palette, and the creative merchandising exceeded my expectations.

Sharing a few snapshots from my visit—each piece has such a unique presence. The asymmetrical chandelier feels both modern and historic against the ornate ceiling molding, while the cozy, sculptural chairs and textured materials bring warmth and dimension. Absolutely inspiring! ✨
